Terms & Conditions

Any customer using this website is bound by the following terms and conditions which can be altered at the discretion of Chocolat Fleurs at any time. Please check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.

*Please expect some delays during peak seasons*

*Standard Delivery dates are best efforts and the date you select on the calendar cannot be guaranteed*

Our Bouquets & Hampers

All our bouquets & hampers are personally designed and handmade, therefore slight variations may occur and may not be exactly as seen in the photos. We do endeavor to deliver consistency. The amount of chocolates used in the chocolate bouquets will remain as per bouquet description. If specific product components within the bouquet or hamper become temporarily unavailable, we will substitute with components of greater or equal value

Our Business Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


We are closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays including: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day and Queens Birthday). We close at Midday on Christmas Eve and Good Friday. We close at 12pm Midday on Saturdays.

Delivery

Monday to Friday: Business 9:00am – 5:30pm and Residential 9:00am – 8:30pm. (Please note; on some occasions the courier drivers may be delayed and some orders could be delivered up to 9pm (for residential).

*PLEASE EXPECT SOME DELAYS WITH DELIVERIES DURING PEAK SEASONS SUCH AS: Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc* In the circumstance where a bouquet has been requested to be delivered same day, could be delivered next business day.

*We cannot guarantee specific delivery times requested at time of order and is purely a request only*

For Same Day deliveries Mon - Fri, orders must be placed by 12pm Midday. Orders received after 12pm Midday will be delivered the next business day.

Orders can be placed up to 30 days ahead of delivery date. You may select your intended date for delivery on the pop-up calendar and we will do our very best to try and have your gift delivered on the chosen date.

*Chocolat Fleurs are not responsible for any delays with deliveries (especially during the peak seasons, such as Christmas & Valentines). Once the bouquets leave our premises and are with the courier, it is out of our control. But we will do our best to track down the courier and see how far the driver is from making the delivery. We aim to have all our bouquets delivered same day when requested, but in the unlikely event it has not been delivered same day, the bouquet will definitely be delivered the next business day.

*We do not deliver on weekends or any public holidays.

*Chocolat Fleurs cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery and contact details or if intended recipient is not at the address provided to us (this also includes hospitals, if the patient has already checked out and gone home). Chocolat Fleurs are not responsible for any loss or damages to a bouquet left unattended.This includes melted chocolate bouquets which have been left outside in the hot sun - especially during the summer season. For these reasons we cannot issue refunds.

*Chocolat Fleurs are not responisble if the courier cannot get access into a unit/building and you have told us it's ok to leave the bouquet. In this case the courier will leave the bouquet at the main door.

*In some cases where we are out of stock with the gift a customer has selected, Chocolat Fleurs will contact the customer via phone and email to discuss. Chocolat Fleurs are not responsible if we cannot get in touch with you (ie: you have not given us the correct contact number or email, or we have not heard back from you), we will replace the gift selected with something similar, to the same value or greater.

*When we have extreme weather conditions, Chocolat Fleurs cannot be responsible for chocolates melting. The heat cannot be helped! You do have the option of adding ice packs with your chocolate bouquets & hampers.

*In any situation where the courier cannot leave a bouquet at the delivery address provided (for example: you have selected "no" we cannot leave the bouquet as it is unsafe to leave at front door) the bouquet will be brought back to us at head office, and one of our staff will be in contact to advise of the situation and to get further delivery instructions.

*Please Note; there will be additional delivery fees charged in situations where a bouquet has been brought back to us and we have to organise a re-delivery. There are usually two additional fees charged by the courier, one to bring the bouquet back to us at head office and one to re-deliver to a new address.

We use reliable couriers when delivering our chocolate bouquets, but in the unlikely event a bouquet is damaged during delivery, please contact us straight away for a replacement, while courier is still there. Damaged bouquets must be given back to the courier, who will then bring it back to us at head office.

*Items containing alcohol cannot be left at the front door of the delivery location, if the person over the age of 18 years is not there to receive the bouquet. In this case we will contact the customer who placed the order to discuss another delivery address. If we cannot get in contact, the bouquet will be brought back to head office. Please note there will be an additional delivery fee charged when re-sending to another address.

Purchase of Alcohol

Some of our gifts contain alcohol. It is an offence to sell, supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order containing alcohol. The intended recipient must also be at least 18 years of age to accept delivery

Changes to your order

Please phone us on 02. 8897-5420 or 0437 992 888 to discuss any changes you require. Please note, we will do our best to assist you with your changes if you have contacted us in time and your bouquet has not yet been finalised

Returns

In the unlikely event that a chocolate bouquet is damaged in transit, Chocolat Fleurs will be happy to resend a new bouquet. Due to our policy and to assist us in quality control, we do require some validation that the bouquet was damaged upon receiving it. Perhaps by taking a photo or contacting us while the courier is still there, would be greatly appreciated.

The courier will then collect and bring the damaged bouquet to head office, upon delivery of the new bouquet. Please note; you may be asked to pay for re-delivery fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Chocolat Fleurs require at least 12 hours notice of cancellation, prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting us on 02. 8897-5420 or 0437 992 888. You will be refunded to the same credit card you used to make the order.

Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the total order value.

We are unable to cancel and refund orders, that are already made and with our courier ready for delivery. Chocolat Fleurs are not responsible if a bouquet is delivered to a hospital and the patient/recipient has already been discharged. We can however, organise a re-delivery to another address within Sydney metro in this instance, but a refund cannot be issued. Please note, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law (for example; if the chocolate gift is extremely melted or damaged when delivered). We will require a photo to be sent to us for validation.
