*What is the deadline for placing an order?
If you require Same Day delivery, your order must be placed by 12pm Midday (Mon-Fri)
We guarantee Next Business Day delivery on orders placed after 12pm Midday (Mon-Fri).
Orders received on Sunday will be delivered the next business working day
We recommend placing your order in advance during peak seasons (such as Christmas & Valentine's) to avoid any disappointments
*How do I know if my order has been received and delivered?
You will receive an automatic email confirmation from us, once you have placed your order online successfully. Once your order has been delivered successfully, you will receive an sms from the courier company.
*Do you deliver on weekends?
If you urgently need a delivery made on Saturday, we can organise delivery for you if prior arrangements have been made with us. Please confirm with our office on 02. 8040 7519. Please note; additional delivery fees will apply, starting from $28.00 and is based per km, depending on suburb.
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day and Queens Birthday)
*What are the delivery fees?
Monday to Friday start from $9.99 per bouquet (For Next Day Deliveries - Sydney Metro Only)
*Delivery Fees during special occasions start from $28 per bouquet (i.e; Valentine's Day & Christmas)*
Additional delivery fees will apply to orders for (Same Day Delivery) and for suburbs which are not classified as Sydney Metro. You can check prices for same day deliveries on our website. Simply click on the product you are interested in purchasing and at step 1: in the Same Day Delivery box, fill in the postcode and click 'View Quote'. Or you may call our office for more information.
Delivery (Mon - Fri) to suburbs just outside the Sydney Metro area, will incur additional fees (based per km). If unsure, please confirm with our staff before placing your order.
Delivery fees on large corporate orders, will be discussed at time of order
*What happens if recipient is not at home?
We highly recommend delivering to a business address majority of the time, if the recipient does work. This way the recipient will be there to collect the bouquet or if they happento be away from their desk, the courier could leave the bouquet with the receptionist safely.
When delivering to a residential address, please make best efforts to ensure the recipient will be home to accept the delivery, without ruining the surprise. Please give us as muchdetail as possible for residential addresses. This will help the courier when delivering the bouquets.
If the recipient is not home, Chocolat Fleurs standard procedure is to leave the bouquet safely at the premises, if the customer has given us their approval at time of placing the order. In some situations, if the customer has given us the ok to leave the bouquet at the premises but our courier feels it looks unsafe to leave, Chocolat Fleurs will contact thecustomer to advise of the situation, and get further instructions. Most of the time the courier will not leave the bouquet if premises look unsafe, or if the courier cannot get access into the building, and will bring the bouquet back to head office.
Please note in situations where we need to re-deliver bouquets, there will be an additional delivery fee charged.
Chocolat Fleurs do not take any responsibility for stolen or damaged bouquets, if the customer has given us their approval to leave the bouquet at premises. We do not advise to leave the chocolate bouquets outside premises if it looks unsafe, or during hot summer days, as our bouquets consist mostly of chocolate which melt very quickly when left out in the direct sunlight.
*Can I make changes to my order?
